Privacy

This page explains, in plain terms, what happens when you visit andreasor.com.

Analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It's privacy-first: it doesn't use cookies, doesn't fingerprint your device, and doesn't track you across other websites. It only reports aggregated numbers (like total visits per day), never anything tied to you personally.

Anonymous site statistics

The site also keeps its own anonymous counts: visits, plays, downloads, which buttons get clicked, how long tracks are listened to, and roughly where visits come from (the website or app that sent you, your country and your type of device, as reported by Cloudflare). These are stored only as totals and are used to understand what works on the site and to pick the "Hot this week" track. No names, email addresses, IP addresses or account details are stored.

To count people instead of repeated clicks, your browser keeps a small note in its local storage of what it has already counted today (for example "visit" or the name of a track you played), plus whether you unlocked downloads. This note stays on your device, is not a tracking cookie and is never sent to anyone with your identity. You can delete it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare's network processes basic technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This is standard for any website on the internet and isn't used for advertising.

No ads, no third-party trackers

This site doesn't run ads and doesn't embed third-party trackers. The only outbound links are to Instagram, YouTube, SoundCloud, TikTok, and Patreon, each governed by that platform's own privacy policy once you click through.
